IMPORTANT INFO: Learning Curve Group (LCG) handles all EXCHANGES through your college. Black Mountain handles all direct RETURNS and refunds.

If you need to return or exchange your order, please follow the appropriate process below:

EXCHANGES - Learning Curve Group Process

For exchanges of Learning Curve Group branded items through your college:

1. Complete the LCG exchange form using the button below

2. Submit the form and items to your college representative

3. The college will collect all exchanges and send them to us in a monthly batch

Note: Tracking for exchanges is managed by Learning Curve Group. Contact your college representative to track your exchange.

For direct returns and refunds sent back to Black Mountain:

1. Download and print our returns form using the button below

2. Fill in the form completely

3. Post the completed form with your returned items directly to us

We aim to process your return within 10 working days from when we receive your items.

Returns Policy

Items can be returned or exchanged within 28 days of receipt provided the items are still new and unworn in original packaging.

Faulty items can be returned for an exchange or refund within 42 days of purchase. If an item is faulty and you purchased it more than 42 days ago, it is our aim to get the problem put right as quickly as possible. We may offer a replacement item, a price reduction or a refund.

IMPORTANT

Items returned with incorrectly completed returns forms or returns forms with missing information may not be processed. Please make sure you fill out the form correctly before returning.

If you are returning any items for refund, once the return has been accepted the funds will be deposited back into your account within 5 working days.
